JOHN DEERE LARGE “60” LATE VERSION
Only a small percentage of the Large “60’s” are the Late Version.
There is a casting change with the Late “60” to accommodate the new hub.
To tell if a tractor is an early or late Large “60” look at the casting around the hub.
DECALS: Left and Right side, the Front, the back of the Seat, and the Steering Wheel
GRILL: Has a closed cast in grill design
FRONT TIRE: 7x1 1/2” rib tread, flat face, Eska
REAR TIRE: 12x1 3/4” lug tread, Eska
RIMS: STAR RIMS with low dome hubcaps
HUB: Has the round hub with metal bearings
CHAIN: Regular
REAR AXLE: 1/2”
PEDALS: Tear drop, solid rubber with metal ends, domed pushnuts
STEERING WHEEL: Flat, 3 spoke diecast
SEAT: Unique to John Deere
HITCH: Eska style cadmium plated hitch
NOISEMAKER: 1st John Deere with one
