has a closed area on the left side that was open on the 1st version, and the decals don’t say “130”

PEDALS: Teardrop, solid rubber with metal ends, domed pushnuts
STEERING WHEEL: Flat, 3 spoke diecast
SEAT: Unique seat, thinner at the top than the Large “60” seat
HITCH: Eska style cadmium plated hitch
